Hi, I’m Martin. I help organizations design and deliver high-impact programs that truly connect with small business communities in meaningful, actionable ways. My work sits right at the intersection of small business growth, strategic partnerships, and community engagement, and my ultimate goal is to help translate big ideas into real economic opportunity for entrepreneurs.

I love helping business owners navigate the tools, resources, and systems they need to grow and scale. Through practical, hands-on education, I break down complex concepts into clear, actionable strategies. I want to help you build confidence, adopt new technologies, and achieve tangible outcomes that support your business's growth.

Before starting my own practice, I spent over a decade at Square (Block, Inc.), where I served as the Director of Business Empowerment. In that role, I led educational programming and strategic partnerships to support small business owners globally. I had the privilege of directing a network of over 155 partners—including the SBA, CDFIs, Chambers of commerce, and community organizations—executing more than 390 events across 33 U.S. states and five countries. Through this work, I was able to support more than 36,000 entrepreneurs and contribute to $25.5 million in economic impact.

I am bilingual in English and Spanish, and I pride myself on taking a highly practical approach that bridges big-picture strategy with everyday execution. Whether I’m working directly with founders or collaborating with institutions, my focus is always on building trust, delivering relevant education, and creating pathways that help businesses thrive.
